Summary
RH Interior Designers provide design services to walk-in clientele within an RH Gallery, collaborating with Lead Designers and Gallery Leadership. They deliver a luxury client experience and bring residential interior design concepts to life through space planning, presentations, product selections, and project support.
Responsibilities
- Provide luxury interior design services and execute the RH residential design ethos.
- Develop small-scale projects and support larger projects with the Interior Design team.
- Create design presentations and communicate concepts, space plans, and product selections.
- Manage client experience from consultation through delivery and site visits.
- Support fiscal goals and maintain Gallery visual and quality standards.
- Represent the RH lifestyle brand with professionalism and maintain relationships with clients.
Requirements
- 3+ years of design experience in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred.
- Degree in art, architecture, interior design, or a related field preferred; professional portfolio required.
- Interior installation experience and proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and space-planning or rendering programs preferred.
- Strong artistic skills, including hand rendering and sketching, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, results-oriented, detail-focused, and passionate about building an interior design business.
- Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, move around the Gallery, and travel locally or out of state; driver's license preferred.
