- Create original designs for residential interiors using RH's design perspective.
- Determine design objectives based on client's space, architecture, and lifestyle.
- Utilize floor plans, sketches, and presentations to convey design concepts.
- Achieve fiscal goals through design projects and consulting.
- Meet with clients in-gallery and in-home to discuss design needs.
- Lead multiple design projects of varying sizes.
- Oversee all phases of the client experience from initial contact to delivery.
Requirements- 5+ years of design experience in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail.
- Degree in Art, Architecture, Interior Design, or similar preferred.
- Professional portfolio required.
- Hands-on interior installation experience preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and related programs.
- Strong artistic skills, including hand rendering and sketching capabilities.
- Results-driven with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Current with local and global design industry trends.
- Leadership or business experience preferred.
- Successful project management experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
