Interior Designer

As an Interior Designer at RH Oklahoma City Gallery, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional design services to our clientele. You will leverage your extensive experience and leadership qualities to build a thriving design business within the gallery, embodying the RH brand's vision and values.

• Live and promote RH's Vision, Values, and Beliefs daily.
• Create original designs for residential interiors using RH's design perspective.
• Determine design objectives based on client's space, architecture, and lifestyle.
• Utilize floor plans, sketches, and presentations to convey design concepts.
• Achieve fiscal goals through design projects and consulting.
• Meet with clients in-gallery and in-home to discuss design needs.
• Lead multiple design projects of varying sizes.
• Oversee all phases of the client experience from initial contact to delivery.

• 5+ years of design experience in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail.
• Degree in Art, Architecture, Interior Design, or similar preferred.
• Professional portfolio required.
• Hands-on interior installation experience preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and related programs.
• Strong artistic skills, including hand rendering and sketching capabilities.
• Results-driven with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Current with local and global design industry trends.
• Leadership or business experience preferred.
• Successful project management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
