Intern Communications

The Communications Intern will support the Communications team in maximizing Fendi press coverage through product placement. This role provides essential support to the department, ensuring a valuable learning experience in the luxury industry.

• Collaborate with PR Specialist on daily press activities related to product placement across all Fendi categories.
• Manage the organization of the PR closet and showroom.
• Assist in tracking all press samples on loan using Fashion GPS.
• Communicate with global Communications teams to ensure timely and accurate sample deliveries.
• Coordinate samples for international shoots in New York.
• Handle logistics paperwork, shipments, and messenger arrangements with the PR Specialist.
• Check in sample returns from photo shoots and celebrity fittings.
• Inventory samples seasonally and track new inventory arrivals.
• Track press placements and create recaps for HQ.
• Assist with celebrity dressing pulls and special projects.

• Availability to work in the NY office Monday-Friday: 9-6pm.
• Bachelor’s degree or previous internship experience in a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Passion for Fendi and the luxury industry.
• Knowledge of Fashion GPS is a plus.
