Internal Audit Intern

Summary

Assist the Internal Audit team in performing internal control and audit engagements while gaining hands-on experience across finance, operational and compliance audits and ERICA assessments. Support special projects that enhance audit efficiency and contribute to departmental development under senior supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with audit planning and fieldwork for finance audits.
• Support operational and compliance audit activities.
• Participate in ERICA enterprise risk and internal control assessments.
• Contribute to special projects supporting company or divisional initiatives.
• Help enhance team efficiency and effectiveness in audit delivery.
• Work with key partners across Corporate, Retail, Manufacturing and Diamond Division.
• Receive supervision and coaching from senior team members.

Requirements

• Enrolled in an accredited four-year undergraduate or graduate program in Accounting Finance or Business Administration.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic fast-paced team environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced auditors.
