International Wholesale Intern

Summary

Internship supporting international wholesale operations, sample management, market week activities, and reporting. The role provides hands on exposure across departments and opportunities to assist with showroom and fashion week events while developing reporting and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Train on GPS sample tracking system and manage sample movements and entries.
• Maintain calendar for sample requests and ensure timely dispatch of samples.
• Assist in packing samples for wholesale and international sales events including trunkshows and fashion week.
• Maintain commercial sample closet and coordinate runway samples with PR.
• Support back of house during market week and help set and maintain showroom.
• Assist professional dressers in dressing and styling models for appointments.
• Update available to sell reports weekly and maintain excess inventory spreadsheets.
• Create visual summaries of seasonal buys for accounts and internal reference.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in school.
• Willingness to learn and interest in sales and market week work.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Previous wholesale experience a plus.
• Retail experience a plus.
