Introductory Warehouse Associate

Summary

This introductory warehouse role supports the Nordstrom distribution center, processing merchandise to help ensure customer orders are handled quickly and accurately. The position offers an opportunity to become a permanent team member based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight, unpacking and delivering merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Complete shipping and receiving documentation as required.
• Rotate between work areas and scan, process, and research merchandise shipments.

Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly bend, reach, stand, walk, and lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work efficiently, independently, and collaboratively, with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Forklift, order picker, or other power industrial truck experience is a plus.
