Introductory Warehouse Associate

Summary

This introductory warehouse role supports distribution center operations, with the opportunity to become a permanent team member based on performance and business needs. The position involves processing incoming shipments, returns, and merchandise to help ensure customer orders are handled quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight, and unpack and deliver merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Complete receiving and shipping documentation as required.
• Rotate between work areas.
• Scan, process, and research merchandise shipments according to inventory control processes.

Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly bend, reach, stand, walk, and lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Forklift, order picker, or other powered industrial truck experience is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently, meet productivity goals, and maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
