Job Description

Summary

We are seeking an Inventory Control Intern to join our dynamic team in New Jersey, reporting to the Inventory Control Manager. This role involves managing stock movements across all locations in the Americas region, ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with internal standards.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in overseeing stock activities across all channels to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Support inventory movements in retail and wholesale warehouses, including stock adjustments and transfers.
  • Run weekly inventory reports and assist in generating KPI reports.
  • Monitor and investigate negative stock on hands and in-transit consignments.
  • Support month-end inventory closing processes and sales margin report preparation.
  • Coordinate price events and adjustments, including data entry and securing approvals.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Retail teams for physical inventory results.
  • Assist with employee sales and store openings.
  • Support inventory-related annual audit inquiries.
Requirements
  • Strong Excel skills and excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong mathematical and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive attitude.
  • Must be available to work 24 hours a week and receive academic credit for the internship.
