Inventory Control Specialist - Wall Street

The Inventory Control Specialist at Hermès Wall Street Boutique is responsible for managing store inventory in a fast-paced, luxury environment. This role involves working closely with the Operations Manager and sales team to ensure accurate and efficient inventory processes.

• Receive and process packages and merchandise into store inventory accurately and efficiently.
• Ticket merchandise and generate packing and shipping transfers and RTV of merchandise to other locations.
• Maintain accurate records associated with receiving and shipping merchandise.
• Support store management in organizing, conducting, and reconciling weekly cycle counts and bi-annual inventories.
• Order and maintain adequate stock levels in shipping/selling supplies, as well as store and kitchen supplies.
• Process, record, and follow up on all after-sales service.
• Analyze business and replenish needs in collaboration with Store Management.
• Develop inventory strategies to support the selling process and maintain warehouse standards.

• 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information and problem-solve.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task with accuracy.
• Experience with technology and internal systems, as well as external shipping software programs.
• Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs. without assistance.
