Inventory Control Supervisor - Aventura

Summary

The Inventory Control Supervisor at the Aventura boutique is responsible for managing store inventory and ensuring accuracy through timely receiving, ticketing, shipping and reconciliation. This role supports weekly cycle counts and bi-annual inventories, maintains organized records, and partners with store management to analyze and replenish stock. The position reports to the Operations Manager and helps maintain adequate supplies and inventory controls for the store.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check in merchandise, processing incoming and outgoing shipments within the business day.
• Print and ticket merchandise, returns and price updates; process transfers and RTVs accurately.
• Organize and participate in weekly cycle counts and bi-annual inventories and reconcile discrepancies.
• Process after-sales service, damages and maintain related inventory records and filing systems.
• Manage ordering and budget for shipping, selling, store and kitchen supplies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of operations or back-of-house supervisory experience, luxury retail environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy and asset protection in inventory control.
• Experience using internal inventory systems and external shipping software.
• Ability to lift 0-25 lbs and perform regular in-person work at a designated store location.
