Responsibilities- Manage allocation strategy for the US and Canada markets.
- Drive stock deployment at launch and coordinate distribution to stores.
- Create processes for inventory distribution and replenishment.
- Monitor stock levels in store and online and initiate reverse logistics when needed.
- Lead launch plan and guide Inventory Planning execution.
- Develop replenishment/model stock process for category efficiency.
- Collaborate with Merchandising Manager and retail managers to understand market dynamics.
- Communicate with retail teams and leadership on client needs.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, merchandising, or related field.
- 1-2 years’ experience in Demand Planning, Production Planning, or Analytics.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or SAP.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong work ethic, team spirit, and self-motivation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
