Inventory Planner

The Gucci Inventory Planner is responsible for the strategy and execution of stock to maximize sales for Gucci Americas (US and Canada). This role involves category-specific distribution planning, stock rebalancing, and reverse logistics to support inventory performance.

• Manage allocation strategy for the US and Canada markets.
• Drive stock deployment at launch and coordinate distribution to stores.
• Create processes for inventory distribution and replenishment.
• Monitor stock levels in store and online and initiate reverse logistics when needed.
• Lead launch plan and guide Inventory Planning execution.
• Develop replenishment/model stock process for category efficiency.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Manager and retail managers to understand market dynamics.
• Communicate with retail teams and leadership on client needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, merchandising, or related field.
• 1-2 years’ experience in Demand Planning, Production Planning, or Analytics.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or SAP.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong work ethic, team spirit, and self-motivation.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
