Inventory Planner

Summary

The Inventory Planner supports inventory planning and product allocation to ensure optimal stock levels across channels. This role assists with replenishment, reporting, new product launches and collaborates with cross functional teams to align inventory with merchandising and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Set target stock including for new products and manage replenishment
• Execute rebalances and pull backs and prioritize store allocations
• Support retail with inventory availability communication and recovery
• Manage omni strategy and fulfill inventory requests across channels
• Monitor sold orders back orders and respond to store product inquiries
• Produce inventory reporting including in stock and weeks of supply metrics
• Lead action planning to mitigate zone inventory issues like long tail and sell through

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in business supply chain management or related field
• 1-2 years experience in supply chain inventory or planning roles
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Excel
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills
• Familiarity with ERP inventory systems and analytical tools such as Power BI
