Inventory Supervisor - Rodeo Drive

Summary

The Inventory Supervisor at the Rodeo Drive boutique oversees the flow of merchandise to ensure efficient stock movement and a seamless client experience. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role enforces operational standards, supervises team members, and manages receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory counts. The supervisor supports cross-functional collaboration to maintain boutique readiness.

Responsibilities

• Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the CHANEL client experience
• Supervise and train team members, ensuring compliance with procedures
• Process received stock and record inventory into the system
• Organize and maintain stock in line with brand expectations
• Prepare and ship outbound shipments according to brand standards
• Execute stock cycle counts and annual physical inventory under Ops direction
• Build positive team relationships to inspire trust and teamwork

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and client service orientation
• Ability to move items up to 25 lbs, including lifting, pulling, and pushing
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Requires in-store presence to open/close the boutique, receive inventory, and ship product
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; foreign language skills preferred
