Operations Supervisor - Rodeo Drive

Summary

The Operations Supervisor oversees inventory movement, shipping and receiving, and omnichannel operations for the Rodeo Drive boutique. This role ensures merchandise is organized, secure, ticketed, and that client deliveries and store transfers are executed accurately. The supervisor supports store operations, visual merchandising needs, and assists the sales team as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory in a clean, secure, organized manner and support stock access for sales staff
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, inter-store transfers, and stock rotations per policy
• Lead inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, and timely completion of inventories
• Coordinate moving and storage of fixtures, furniture, merchandise, and props to support visual and operations needs
• Manage client delivery process, document deliveries, troubleshoot missing items, and ensure proper packaging
• Complete all inventory-related paperwork (damages, RTVs) and support facility and fixture maintenance

Requirements

• 5+ years of retail experience focused on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury setting
• Computer literate with ability to learn and use various software packages
• Customer service oriented, action driven, and a strong problem-solver
• Effective oral and written communication skills; foreign languages a plus
