Jewelry Operations Associate

Summary

The Jewelry Operations Associate supports operational functions for the jewelry department. Responsibilities include merchandise processing, inventory maintenance, repairs, transfers, and trunk show support.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, book, and ticket jewelry merchandise, and resolve purchase order discrepancies.
• Process vendor returns and transfers, including packing shipments and tracking outbound merchandise.
• Maintain repair logs and track repairs, submitting invoices with supporting documentation.
• Support trunk show preparation, inventory verification, setup, takedown, and business recaps.
• Complete case counts, reconcile discrepancies, prepare special orders, and maintain department supplies.
• Assist the selling team and support other store initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly learn systems, jewelry standards, and IT applications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
