Jewelry Operations Associate

Summary

The Jewelry Operations Associate is responsible for daily compliance, operational and administrative tasks for jewelry within a store location. This role supports case management, receiving, transfers, customer orders and Jewelry Management System activities to ensure operational excellence and an elevated client experience. The associate reports to the Jewelry Manager and collaborates with client advisors and store teams.

Responsibilities

• Complete case management tasks including daily case counts, monthly audits, and reconciliations
• Validate receipts and perform reticketing of incoming inventory
• Process transfers and customer orders and follow up on status
• Handle special events and truck shows including invoice and client order reconciliation
• Process and track special orders and repair requests and communicate with client advisors
• Perform operational and administrative tasks related to JMS and jewelry protection standards
• Maintain jewelry technology and hardware such as scanners and printers
• Manage supply ordering for jewelry in partnership with support teams
• Organize drawers and safes in partnership with client advisors

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year luxury retail fashion experience
• Excellent customer service and client focus
• Ability to follow specific instructions and protection processes
• Basic computer skills with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 10 pounds when required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
