  • Support new product launch forecasting using historical performance, comparable launches, and commercial insights
  • Track launch performance against forecast and identify opportunities for forecast adjustments

  • Monitor forecast accuracy and planning KPIs for assigned accounts and channels
  • Investigate forecast misses and recommend adjustments to improve forecast performance and reliability
  • Monitor account-level changes, market developments, and demand shifts that could impact inventory or business performance
  • Identify risks and opportunities within the forecast and communicate findings to the Demand Planning Manager and Supply Planning team

Reporting, Systems, & Cross-Functional Communication

  • Maintain forecast data, product information, and planning inputs within forecasting systems, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to established processes
  • Identify and escalate data quality, reporting, or system issues, partnering with internal stakeholders to support resolution
  • Prepare forecast reports, performance metrics, and variance analyses for the monthly S&OP process
  • Participate in demand review meetings and present forecasting and recommendations
