Responsibilities- Support the Key Account Director in annual commercial negotiations.
- Drive commercial negotiations at regional and local levels to maximize business aspects such as space, location, distribution, and promotions.
- Lead business reviews with regional and local customers.
- Ensure pricing strategy accuracy and implementation in all airports.
- Elevate influence within airport authority networks.
- Lead the Retail Operations Manager/Sales Ambassadors team to achieve sell-out targets.
- Gather and analyze market information to propose ideas that drive market share and sell-in.
- Supervise implementation of yearly activation/promotion plan within sales channels.
- Ensure retailer staff is trained on brand specifics.
- Accountable for budget performances and achieving profit targets.
- Optimize budgets and monitor spending monthly.
- Ensure commercial and marketing strategy aligns with budget targets.
- Plan supply logistics and monitor delivery services.
- Build partnerships with local operators' supply teams.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Marketing degree preferred.
- 5+ years' experience in sales at an international level, ideally within the Wines and Spirits Market.
- Strong knowledge of key Latin America & Caribbean markets and travel retail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Extensive knowledge of key travel retail segments.
