Job Description

Summary

As a Regional Sales Manager at Montblanc in Miami, you will be responsible for achieving sales objectives within the Central and West regions. You will develop new prospects, recommend sales and marketing actions, and set both short and long-term strategies to drive success.

Responsibilities
  • Manage overall turnover and profit of the wholesale channel, focusing on Sell Out.
  • Develop sales strategies and define commercial policies to achieve company targets.
  • Generate sales quotations, handle customer inquiries, and prepare sales contracts.
  • Maintain relationships with retailers and landlords through brand events and product launches.
  • Explore new sales opportunities and gather market information.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory to evaluate markets and provide training and sales coaching.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Merchandising, and other support functions.
Requirements
  • College degree in a related business area preferred.
  • 5+ years of wholesale experience, with watches and/or fine jewelry experience required.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% and work extended hours.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Expert computer skills, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
