Summary
Responsible for supporting boutique operations and sales performance by achieving individual sales objectives, developing client relationships, and maintaining boutique standards. Acts as a senior sales associate with responsibility for opening and closing the boutique and handling communications in the absence of management.
Responsibilities
- Achieve preset sales objectives and develop a personal client base
- Capture and maintain client information to support boutique relationships and sales
- Provide outstanding customer service with strong product knowledge
- Perform basic pen repair and after sales service tasks as required
- Open and close the boutique and handle corporate communications when management is absent
- Maintain the aesthetic quality and merchandising standards of the store
- Follow loss prevention procedures and ensure team compliance
- Assist with transfers and operational duties in absence of management
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience; luxury, jewelry, or high-end product experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build trust and lasting relationships
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Capacity for physical tasks including standing most of the day, reaching, bending, and occasional ladder use
