Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Team Managers in mentoring and developing the team
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive loyalty
• Champion achievement of store sales goals and business results
• Proactively identify client product preferences based on profiles and trends
• Support selling activities and floor management
• Provide team support and contribute to staff development
• Optionally champion a specific product category and its initiatives
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure high client experience standards
