Summary
Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management at the Fashion Show location in Las Vegas by driving sales, delivering elevated customer experiences, coaching the team, and maintaining store standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build client relationships
- Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming
- Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
- Support client journey stages to drive repeat business
- Initiate client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Open and close the store according to procedure and maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Comfortable using POS and Microsoft Office suite
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
