Summary
Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management at the Forum Shops location, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching the team, and maintaining store standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience and build loyal relationships
- Ensure the store is guest ready and maintains organized sales floor and stockroom
- Build sales through product knowledge, styling expertise, and seasonal trend awareness
- Initiate regular client contact and provide prompt follow up on sales and inquiries
- Open and close the store according to company procedure
- Support implementation and enforcement of company policies, procedures, and corporate initiatives
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Continuously seek feedback and maintain a learning attitude
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Computer skills including operating a POS and Microsoft Office
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
