Key Holder

Summary

The Key Holder supports the General Manager in delivering an exceptional client experience and achieving sales and client data capture goals. This role fosters client relationships, supports daily store operations, and helps coach and train the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and promote the Retail Excellence Program with clients and staff.
• Meet and exceed sales and client data capture targets.
• Build and maintain client relationships through personalized service and after-sales follow-up.
• Support opening and closing registers, visual maintenance, inventory tasks, returns, and exchanges.
• Follow operational policies and procedures and maintain seamless inventory operations.
• Develop business-driving initiatives, contests, and events.
• Support the sales team through coaching and training.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of specialty retail and a proven track record in clienteling.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial, sales-focused personality.
