Keyholder - Jersey Shore

Summary

The Keyholder supports daily store operations and security while delivering an elevated client experience and contributing to sales performance. This role handles opening and closing procedures, cash management, clienteling, and leadership support when management is unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs through styling expertise, product knowledge, and exceptional service.
• Build client relationships, capture client data, and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries.
• Execute opening and closing duties, maintain store security, and ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized.
• Process transactions, handle cash, prepare bank deposits, and reconcile registers.
• Provide leadership support and help run the store when managers are unavailable.
• Resolve customer concerns and de-escalate conflicts.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a retail setting.
• Reliable, responsible, and comfortable managing cash transactions, deposits, and register accuracy.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
