Sales Supervisor - Jersey Shore

Summary

The Sales Supervisor supports store management with day-to-day operations at the Jersey Shore Outlet. This role drives sales, delivers an excellent customer experience, and coaches and develops the team while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs.
• Lead the sales floor and build client relationships through product knowledge, styling expertise, and timely follow-up.
• Support store opening and closing, maintain organized sales and stock areas, and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Partner with management to implement company directives and foster collaboration and open communication.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer service role.
• Prior leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Computer skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for the Marc Jacobs brand and product offering.
