Keyholder

Summary

As a Keyholder, you will be an integral part of the retail leadership team responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and supporting daily store operations. You will act as a link between management and sales associates, helping to maintain merchandising standards, build client relationships, and assist with opening and closing procedures. The role requires strong product knowledge and a customer-focused approach in a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the store manager in the coordination and daily management of store operations.
• Perform opening and closing duties, check in merchandise, and prepare deposits as needed.
• Supervise sales transactions to ensure quick, accurate processing and adherence to cash protection procedures.
• Promote and sell product to achieve customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
• Maintain a clientele book, assist with merchandising the sales floor, and motivate team members to meet sales objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
• Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency with personal computers, POS systems, and common software packages including MS Office.
