Sales Supervisor - Miami Design District

Summary

The Sales Supervisor supports store management in day-to-day operations at the Miami Design District location, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. This role coaches and develops the sales team, enforces company policies and procedures, and maintains store standards to ensure a welcoming client experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer first experience
• Maintain a guest ready store where clients feel welcomed and comfortable
• Provide styling expertise, seasonal trend and product knowledge to build sales
• Manage client outreach and follow up on sales events and inquiries
• Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
• Open and close the store according to company procedures
• Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized and maintained

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization, follow up, and time management skills
• Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office navigation
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
