Keyholder

Summary

The Keyholder will support the store leadership by delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating advanced product knowledge, maintaining client relationships, and assisting management with daily store operations to drive sales and repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Support store manager with coordination of daily store operations.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and deposits.
• Check in merchandise and assist with inventory control tasks.
• Supervise sales transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence to cash protection procedures.
• Promote and sell products to meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Merchandise the sales floor and maintain visual standards.
• Maintain a clientele book and build long term customer relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to operate independently, with discretion, and under pressure.
• Proficiency with personal computers, POS systems, and MS Office.
• Ability to influence, negotiate, and motivate team members.
