Summary
Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management at the Prince Street location by driving sales, delivering elevated customer experiences, coaching and developing team members, and maintaining store standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver exceptional customer service and build client relationships
- Maintain a guest ready store environment where clients feel welcomed
- Provide styling expertise product knowledge and seasonal trend guidance
- Manage client contact including follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Open and close the store according to company procedures
- Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and well maintained
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
