Senior Client Advisor - Bleecker Street

Summary

The Senior Client Advisor is a full-time retail sales role at the Bleecker Street store responsible for driving client development and sales while maintaining exceptional customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards. The role sets the example for the client experience and supports store operations, including opening and closing procedures and participation in special events. In the absence of Store Management, the Senior Client Advisor oversees store operations and staff.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage client communication and outreach.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise presentation, visuals, and overall store standards.
• Open and close the store and perform all opening/closing procedures.
• Support operational tasks, local market initiatives, special events, and inventory projects.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail/boutique environment selling high-end goods and working with clientele.
• Ideally has a cultivated and established clientele following.
• Availability for open scheduling in a 7-days-a-week retail operation, including weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, independent work ethic, time management, and composure in customer interactions.
