Summary

The Keyholder is part of the retail leadership team responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating advanced product knowledge, and supporting store operations and sales growth. This role acts as a link between management and sales associates, assisting with daily store functions and motivating the team to exceed objectives. The ideal candidate is a quick thinker with strong interpersonal skills and luxury retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Support store manager with daily operations and coordination of the store.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and manage cash handling tasks including deposits.
• Check in merchandise and ensure accurate inventory processing.
• Supervise sales transactions and adhere to cash protection procedures.
• Promote and sell products to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets.
• Maintain a clientele book and build strong customer relationships for repeat business.
• Merchandise the sales floor to maintain brand presentation and visual standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence and negotiate.
• Able to operate independently with discretion and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficient with personal computers, POS systems, and software including MS Office.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast paced retail environment.
