Keyholder

Summary

The Keyholder supports store leadership and provides exceptional customer service through product expertise and relationship-building. This role contributes to sales goals while helping coordinate daily store operations and maintain a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with daily store operations and team coordination.
• Open and close the store, check in merchandise, and prepare deposits as needed.
• Oversee sales transactions for accurate processing and compliance with cash protection procedures.
• Promote and sell products while building customer relationships and supporting sales goals.

Requirements

• At least two years of luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory role.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships, maintain high standards, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure, with discretion and sound judgment.
• Proficiency with computers, POS systems, and software including Microsoft Office.
