Job Description

Summary

As a Keyholder, you will be an integral part of the retail leadership team responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through advanced product knowledge and strong client relationships. You will support store management by assisting with daily operations, merchandising the sales floor, and motivating the sales team to meet and exceed objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Support store manager with coordination of daily store operations.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, check in merchandise, and prepare deposits as needed.
  • Supervise sales transactions and adhere to cash protection procedures.
  • Engage customers to promote and sell products and build a clientele book.
  • Merchandise the sales floor and motivate associates to achieve sales goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory role.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with POS systems, personal computers, and software including MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently with discretion, adapt quickly, and perform under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and maintain high performance standards.
