Sales Supervisor - Somerset

Summary

The Sales Supervisor supports store management with daily operations, sales performance, and team development at the Somerset location. This role leads the sales floor, delivers an elevated customer experience, and helps maintain store standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs.
• Lead the sales floor and build lasting client relationships through product knowledge, styling expertise, and follow-up.
• Coach and collaborate with colleagues while supporting company policies, directives, and initiatives.
• Open and close the store according to procedures and keep the sales floor and stockroom organized.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in retail, sales, or a customer service-focused adjacent industry.
• Prior leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience generating sales and building client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Computer skills, including POS operation and Microsoft Office; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
