The Sales Associate delivers an exceptional client experience while driving individual and store sales at the Somerset location. The role combines styling expertise, clienteling, product knowledge, and support for daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs.
• Provide a welcoming client experience, offer styling guidance, and build product knowledge.
• Develop client relationships, capture client data, and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management, seek feedback, and maintain organized sales floor and stockroom areas.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer-service role.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Computer proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
