Summary

The Keyholder at the North Georgia Premium Outlet serves as a brand ambassador, supporting store operations and delivering exceptional client experiences. This role is focused on achieving sales and clientelling KPIs while executing daily operational tasks and maintaining visual standards. The Keyholder also supports and coaches the sales team, assists with events and initiatives, and ensures smooth inventory operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional client experience and promote the Retail Excellence Program
• Meet and exceed sales goals and client data capture targets
• Create and maintain genuine client relationships and after-sales service
• Support daily store operations including opening and closing registers
• Perform visual maintenance and inventory tasks throughout the day
• Open and close consignments and process returns and exchanges
• Develop and support business-driving initiatives, contests, and events
• Coach and train sales team members and support ongoing development

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in a retail environment
• Full understanding of specialty retail with a proven track record in clientelling
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and multitask effectively
• Strong communication skills and ability to build partnerships with clients and peers
• Entrepreneurial, sales-focused personality with a results-driven approach
