Job Description

Summary

The Sales Supervisor supports store management at the North Georgia Outlet, driving sales, coaching the team, and ensuring excellent customer experience and store standards. This role assists with implementing company policies and daily store operations including opening and closing procedures. The Supervisor acts as a product and styling expert to build client relationships and repeat business.

Responsibilities

  • Drive individual and store sales to meet or exceed KPIs
  • Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Maintain a guest ready store where clients feel welcomed
  • Build sales through styling expertise and product knowledge
  • Initiate client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
  • Coach and develop team members and foster collaboration
  • Open and close the store according to procedure
  • Ensure sales floor and stockroom are organized
  • Adhere to company policies and corporate directives

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role
  • Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Experience building and developing client relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
  • Passion for the brand and product offering
  • Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
