Summary

The Keyholder supports store leadership in driving sales and overseeing daily operations at the Sawgrass Mills store. This role helps ensure strong customer service, effective inventory control, and consistent execution of visual and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and support store operations, including opening and closing.
• Assist management with day-to-day operations and help balance sales, merchandising, operations, and personnel needs.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and support inventory, cash handling, and loss prevention procedures.
• Help implement visual merchandising standards and communicate updates to the team.
• Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and maintain store cleanliness, fixtures, supplies, and presentation.
• Follow and enforce store operations and sustainability policies.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales results and meet individual and store goals.
• Commercial awareness, business acumen, and a genuine interest in fashion.
