Keyholder

Summary

The Keyholder supports store leadership in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales and clienteling targets. This role also helps maintain strong store operations, inventory accuracy, and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and provide exceptional client service while meeting sales and client data capture targets.
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up and after-sales service.
• Support daily operations, including opening and closing registers, processing returns and exchanges, inventory tasks, visual maintenance, and consignments.
• Develop business-driving initiatives, contests, and events, and support the sales team through coaching and training.
• Follow store policies and procedures and uphold operational standards.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of specialty retail and a proven track record in clienteling.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, peers, and management.
• Entrepreneurial, sales-focused personality.
