Responsibilities- Lead projects from concept to final implementation, ensuring cohesive design language across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling and user-centric designs.
- Oversee tasks and outputs of international digital design partners and agencies.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
- Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interactive designs.
- Ensure UI designs align with Tiffany & Co.'s brand identity.
- Develop and execute product strategies for a luxury omni-channel experience.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Product design with a strong portfolio.
- Proven experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, ProtoPie, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for pixel-perfect designs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- User-centric approach with experience in delivering elevated digital experiences.
