Lead Warehouse Associate - QA

As a Lead Warehouse Associate at our Pinnacle Park location in Dallas, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Manager and Supervisor by planning and directing daily activities and managing the workload of associates. You will ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse by driving workflow and achieving daily production goals.

• Assist in labor allocation, lead meetings, assign job duties, and communicate with internal and external suppliers.
• Drive workflow and daily production goals.
• Train, teach, and coach associates on standard operating procedures.
• Utilize warehouse systems including RF scanner and User Interface.
• Interact with internal areas for problem resolution and troubleshooting.
• Verify accuracy per SOP and communicate discrepancies.
• Attend department meetings and provide training updates.
• Flex to other job assignments as directed by management.
• Adhere to safety standards and work in a team environment.

• Previous Manager/Supervisor experience in a distribution/fulfillment center environment.
• Ability to monitor and maintain daily and weekly reports.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand/walk for up to 12 hours.
• Use of stairs up to 3 flights may be required.
