Leader, Product Curation, Lighting

Summary

Senior product development leader responsible for creating and improving lighting and dining products across RH platforms, managing items through the full lifecycle from concept to production. Works closely with internal design teams, vendor partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure design, quality, and production standards are met. Drives design reviews, CAD approval, and cost/manufacturing requirements to align product assortments with RH's luxury aesthetic.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design teams and vendor partners to develop lighting, dining tables, and seating collections that meet RH quality and design standards.
• Manage product development from concept and ideation through sketches, CAD drawings, sample reviews, and finalization.
• Maintain comprehensive records of communications, design revisions, and project timelines.
• Review and approve designs using renderings and CAD documentation.
• Partner with merchandising and cross-functional teams to integrate feature products into sourcebooks, galleries, and the online store.
• Develop materials and manufacturing requirements and determine production costs in collaboration with merchandising partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong passion for luxury design and a high level of design aesthetic.
• Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator); willingness to learn new software.
• Proficient communicator with internal and external partners and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, proactively identify issues, and implement solutions.
