Leader, Product Curation

Summary

Leader, Product Curation responsible for creating and developing new products and improving existing dining products across RH Interiors, RH Modern, RH Beachhouse, and RH Ski House. This role leads product development from concept and ideation through design drawings, sample reviews, and finalization. The leader works closely with internal design teams, vendor partners, and cross functional partners to ensure luxury design, quality, and commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design teams and vendor partners to develop dining table and chair collections that meet RH luxury design and quality standards
• Maintain comprehensive tracking of communications and design revisions throughout the development process
• Review and approve designs via renderings and CAD drawings
• Work with cross functional partners on feature products for sourcebooks, galleries, and the online store
• Develop material specifications and manufacturing requirements and determine production costs in coordination with merchandising partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Deep passion for luxury design and a strong design aesthetic
• Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite with a willingness to learn new software
• Proficient communication and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to proactively identify development opportunities or challenges and implement solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
