Leader, Product Curation

Summary

The Product Curation Leader develops new products and improves existing products within the dining assortment. This role guides products through the full lifecycle, from concept and design iterations to sample reviews and finalization, across multiple product platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design teams and vendor partners to develop dining table and chair collections that meet luxury design and quality standards.
• Track communications and design revisions, and review and approve renderings and CAD drawings.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on featured products for sourcebooks, galleries, and the online store.
• Develop materials and manufacturing requirements and determine production costs with merchandising partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Deep passion for luxury-market design and a strong design aesthetic.
• Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator; enthusiasm for learning new software.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to proactively identify development opportunities and challenges and find solutions.
