Summary

The Learning & Development Lead: Transformation & Digital Adoption drives enterprise transformation through learning, capability building, and systems adoption. This role develops learning strategies that help employees adopt new technologies and ways of working, while connecting digital investments to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise learning strategies aligned with digital transformation and operational excellence.
• Design capability-based learning journeys and role-based experiences for systems, platforms, and digital tools.
• Partner with IT, Digital, Data, and Product teams to support system readiness, adoption, and ongoing learning.
• Integrate learning with change management and equip leaders to reinforce new behaviors.
• Develop digital-first learning experiences and use learning technologies and analytics to measure impact.
• Advise senior leaders and lead a high-performing Learning & Development team.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading learning, digital adoption, or transformation enablement at enterprise scale.
• Demonstrated success supporting technology-driven change, including major system implementations or digital transformations.
• Strong understanding of how learning drives behavior change, adoption, and performance.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and work effectively in complex, matrixed environments.
