Summary

The Manager, Fashion Expertise develops fashion, product, styling, and luxury-service expertise across boutique teams in the market. The role delivers interactive learning and coaching, supports client styling experiences, and partners with boutique leadership to strengthen team development and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training on collections, craftsmanship, product knowledge, and service standards.
• Coach advisors in personalized styling, client relationships, and styling appointments.
• Assess team development needs, provide structured feedback, and support onboarding.
• Partner with boutique leaders to develop action plans and share client and business insights.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience, with significant luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality experience.
• Recognized styling expertise and experience facilitating, coaching, and evaluating retail training.
• Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel frequently among boutiques and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
