The Fashion Advisor delivers superior client service and fashion expertise in a full-time, in-store role. The position focuses on developing new customers, strengthening client relationships, and driving sales and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors by creating excitement around products and the brand.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service while exceeding client expectations.
• Build client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Receive repairs and follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create an inclusive and engaging client experience.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of related experience and a high school diploma.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for client service and fashion.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexible availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds; foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
