Summary
The Learning and Development Manager executes Piaget's North American training strategy and adapts global learning resources for local market needs. The role delivers training and coaching across retail and wholesale channels, supports boutique leadership, and manages learning events, budgets, and digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Execute the regional training roadmap and collaborate with global teams to localize training content.
- Deliver virtual, classroom, and on-the-floor learning programs that support the customer journey.
- Coach Client Advisors and partner with boutique leaders to create and implement tailored training plans.
- Organize training seminars, product launches, and educational events for retail and wholesale teams.
- Manage the learning and development budget and maintain engagement with digital learning platforms.
- Use retail KPIs, CRM data, NPS, and mystery shopping results to develop training action plans.
Requirements
- At least five years of luxury industry experience and five years of luxury retail training and coaching experience.
- Hands-on field or sales experience in luxury boutiques; fine jewelry, high jewelry, or prestige watchmaking experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent luxury retail experience.
- Experience implementing training programs and materials.
- Strong English communication skills and advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout North America, approximately 50% to 70% of the time.
