- Demonstrate superior product knowledge and accurately describe features and benefits of lenses and frames.
- Act as a leader in optical operations and partner with Store Management to identify growth opportunities.
- Foster a learning environment where team members become experts in optical products and services.
- Engage and build relationships with the local community to attract new customers.
- Anticipate and resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
- Perform work accurately and thoroughly, utilizing technology and troubleshooting issues.
- Support daily retail operations, follow operating policies, and maintain store appearance.
- Assist with floor and fixture changes and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
Requirements- Current State Optician License.
- High School Graduate or Equivalent.
- Knowledge of current optical theory and practices.
- 1+ years of retail sales experience.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to be on your feet most of the day and maneuver merchandise up to 40 lbs.
- Engage in physical activities such as bending, kneeling, and lifting.
- Optical dispensing experience preferred.
